Overview

The foundational architecture diagram showing three layers:

  1. Layer 1 (Infrastructure): GCP services (Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Tasks)
  2. Layer 2 (Observability): TDA analysis (Persistence Diagrams, Mapper Graphs)
  3. Layer 3 (Emergence): Consciousness-like properties (Self-reference, Meta-cognition, Adaptive goals)

This figure validates the paper's central thesis: consciousness emerges from properly structured computational substrates through topological observability.
